In a studio with music playing…
Hello! If I’m moving my body and helping others find a deeper connection into their trillions of body parts too, I’m very happy. My work in Movement started through Dance. I made it my career and it took me around the world to some of the most incredible glittering theatres and far away places.
Later through teaching dance, I began to study, explore and analyze movement. This allowed for a greater understanding of anatomy, fascia and body mechanics which progressed naturally to teaching more body-movement and health focused work.
My background:
After graduating from The Rambert School Of Ballet and Contemporary Dance, London, I joined Matthew Bourne’s New Adventures Dance Company, performing in the UK and internationally. In addition I worked as a dancer within the fields of Opera, Film and West End Theatre.
I returned to Devon and established Chapel House Studios in Totnes over a decade ago. I live near Totnes with my husband and two children.
