Monday Barre: 6.40 - 7.35pm (no spots left)

Monday Contemporary Dance: 7.45 - 8.35pm

TUESDAY:

Tuesday Gentle Exercise For Longevity: 11.30- 12.15pm

Tuesday Hypopressives for posture, pelvic floor/core: 12.30 - 1.20pm

THURSDAY:

Thursday New Beginners Hypopressives 11.25 - 12.15pm

Thursday Silver Swans: 12.30 - 1.20pm (no spots left)

Thursday Barre: 1.30 - 2.25pm

SUNDAY:

Sunday Barre: 8.00 -8.55am

Sunday Silver Swans: 9.10 - 10.00am

For fully booked classes, please email to join the waiting list.

Booking online becomes unavailable 12 hours prior to the start of the new block of classes. Please email to book manually after that time.

All classes are offered in blocks of set dates. Priority booking is offered to current participants first, after-which any remaining spaces are opened up here.
