  • Our Silver Swans® are ballet based classes open to people of all ages and ability. Silver Swans teachers are trained specifically to teach a range of abilities and ages over 55.

    But whatever your age, if you are looking for a new way to keep fit and active our ballet classes will put a spring in your step. Whether you’ve never danced before or want to get back into the swing of it, our classes have something for everyone.

  • Total beginners welcome, as well as those who have danced in the past! Victoria uses inspiring, uplifting and beautiful classical music from Film, TV, Opera and Ballets.

    Open and accessible, these classes will help improve your mobility, posture, coordination and energy levels.

    Most importantly these classes are designed to be enjoyable and fun. A chance to grow your social circle and to benefit from the wellbeing that dance brings.

  • Comfortable clothes you can move in. Ensure there are no tripping hazard. Bring soft ballet shoes if you have them.

    Bring a bottle of water.
